Return + Refund Policy


Although we would love every item from MPrint Boutique to end up in your closet, we understand that things happen. Our return policy is 14 days from the time the item was delivered to you.  All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Items must be returned unwashed, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. The items must also have MPRINT Price Tag attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the above terms are not met.

The items below are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Accessories
  • Handbags
  • Swimwear
  • Eyewear
  • Intimates

If the items returned are within compliance of the terms listed above the customer will be granted store credit.

Returns are shipped at the expense of the customer. After 14 days we can no longer accept the return.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we do not provide return labels. Please mail all returns to the address below:

Once your return is received and has been inspected, please allow 5 Business Days for an Email Code pertaining to your return amount. Please feel free to use your return code online .


If you receive a damaged/defective item please email with a picture and item number. Damaged items correspondence must be sent within 5 days of receiving the package. 

Damaged items that are not received within the 5 day time frame will not be accepted for our defective items processing.


MPRINT does not offer exchanges at this time. Due to the fact we are an online boutique our inventory changes quickly.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shoes must be returned in good condition and inside of their original shoe box. Any evidence of wear and tear and the item cannot be processed for return.
